How do I get set up?

It’s simple! The first time you click on or log in you will be asked to set up a profile. This information is so that we can correctly credit and communicate with you. You’ll fill out your credit card or bank information, as well as your mailing and email address.

 

What kind of payment methods are accepted?

Our online giving system accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Or, you can provide your bank account/routing information if you’d rather have the funds withdrawn directly from your account.  


How long will it take for my online gift to be reflected on my bank statement or credit card account?

In most cases, credit, debit, and ACH transactions should post to your credit or bank account within one day.

How to give

Can I give to multiple funds?

YES – right now, we have the option to allocate your gift either to the Church Operating Budget or to Missions. Other options will come in the future. 

 

Is there a fee?

Online transactions are billed to the church at 2.5% of the total gift. You may opt to cover this fee, which means that the church will get the full benefit of your gift.

 

Can I “set it and forget it”?

YES – when you’re making your gift online, there is the option to make the gift recurring.

Is online giving secure?

Yes. The service we partner with provides security that not only complies with PCI DSS Level 1 standards (translated – they conform to the highest set of security standards in the payment card industry), but they also have rigorous standards around how they store our information and data. All transactions are submitted using 256 bit encryption, the strongest form of data protection.

 

Can I text funds for my gift?

Not yet. Over time we will roll out more online giving options to add flexibility and convenience, so stay tuned!

 

Will my gifts be included on my annual giving statements?

Yes.

 

How can I obtain a receipt for my online gift?

Once your online gift is completed you will automatically be sent an email confirmation.
